In July 2003, ADDCOM acquired the recorder business of Thales Contact
Solutions. Having operated in Australia for 40 years, strong connections
are established in the recording and related application markets
especially in Contact Centres, Public Safety, Financial Trading and Air
Traffic Control making them a leading supplier of specialised voice
recording and replay.

We have fully equipped repair facilities with state-of-the-art
proprietary testing equipment.

Addcom recognises that the principal factor in the successful performance of the
company is the level of quality of its products and services.
The continual improvement in quality is necessary to achieve and
maintain excellence of performance in all areas of the
operation. The word quality in the context of the operations of
the company is defined as fitness for purpose. The aim is not
perfection, which is impossible, but striving for continuous
improvement as an on-going process. At present, Addcom have a
number of procedures documented for the major systems of the
company which are being progressively expanded to cover all
systems within the company.

with AS/NZS 9001:2000 to gain certification.
